If I get lots of likes then I will teach you guys of how to install ghost rider. Make sure it replaces a weapon like hidden blade replaces bowie knife. Same thing just drag it to Open.IV and dont forget to press edit mode. In Open IV go to models cdimages then weapons.img. If you want to learn how to do that let me know and I'll tell you how. To download weapons its just the same thing. NOTE: If you want to install other mods such as Carmaggedon or mods that change weapons you need to install Open IV which can also be found on the GTA V mods website. Find the name you have to remember and there you go. a) unpack the file xlive.dll into the game folder (dont forget to remove the asi loader if there is one) b) optional: In order to turn on debug logging, unpack the file xlived.dll into the game folder and rename it to xlive.dll. Mines I have to remember the name bledar. After your done extracting your skin go to file and then rebuild.
It will replace the perdestrian to be your character skin. Extract all the files except of course to Open.IV. thats the link to Ezio if you want anyway go back to Open IV. Imma use Ezio because I LOVE him in assasain creed series. Go to player and find your skin that you like. Its gonna say they could not find GTA IV.C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV \GTAIV\.Get the GTA.EXE file to make it work. Do the installation then you have to select GTA IV. Ok now download OpenIV of you who doesn't know what open.IV is its is a program to extract mods to GTA IV. It should look like this in the top left corner to move its your number keys to your right. If you want your mod to be added in the get mods list, please mail me, in the future there will be an add mod button on the program itselfe.If you launch GTA IV press f3 or f4 to open trainer(For me its f4). The paths to those folders are: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common and then in the Grand Theft Auto IV or Grand Theft Auto Episodes Of Liberty City. Normally these folders are "GTAIV" or "ELFC". When you start the program, you have to select the folder where gta is installed.
